Meet Rachel Mah Poy

If caffeine, creativity, and community had a baby, it would probably be Rachel Mah Poy. She’s a mom, a wife, a bulldog‑obsessed business builder who treats a fresh idea the same way she treats a fresh craft beer: with enthusiasm, curiosity, and maybe a little happy dance.

When she’s not co‑running Maven Powerhouse Co., Rachel is busy leading Rachel Mah Poy Insurance, her women‑forward insurance agency that proves coverage can be empowering, supportive, and even a little fun. She’s the friend who will hype your business dreams, help you protect them, and then send you home with a coffee recommendation.

And make no mistake Rachel is fiercely, unapologetically behind women making powerful moves. She’s the first to cheer when someone shatters a glass ceiling, flips the script, or builds something bold. If there’s a barrier in the way, she’s already rolling up her sleeves to help you break it.

Rachel believes women deserve spaces where they can grow wildly, connect deeply, and build boldly and she’s here to make sure Maven feels exactly like that.

Meet Jenessa O’Toole

Jenessa O’Toole is the creative whirlwind behind Maven Powerhouse Co.—a mom, a maker, and the unofficial CEO of “I Can Totally DIY That.” With a background in apparel design and marketing, she sees the world in textures, colours, and endless possibilities (usually involving fabric, thread, or a glue gun).

If it involves sewing, crafting, or turning a simple idea into something beautiful, Jenessa is already halfway through making it. And yes, she’s doing it all with a cozy cup of tea in hand.

But her true superpower? Women’s empowerment. It’s her backbone, her compass, her non‑negotiable. Jenessa believes every woman deserves to feel capable, confident, and creatively unstoppable and she pours that belief into every corner of Maven.

She’s the friend who will cheer for your dreams, help you stitch them together, and remind you that you’re absolutely meant for big things.
